seriously, the Swedish version was better, harder to understand, but better, I guess I shouldn't bash them for fanservice, after all, it was those crazy guys on 4chan who got them where they are today, and most of their fanbase seems to be either in Japan or English-speaking, so... yeah... whatever

The English versions are always meh to me, they just don't sound right. At least I can fully understand the lyrics though. Although, this one sounds almost exactly like the Swedish version, just in a different language.
At first, I thought the Swedish version WAS English, or possibly Japanese, but spoken really unclearly.
they english and swedish versions actually have alot of differences in the lyrics, but no-one can tell without a translation :P

4chan is a forum site with no rules whatsoever where people can post anything, I haven't been there myself, but alot of memes got their start there

its funny you get so upset over the english mix its right on par. and sung by the SAME artist i love the song both ways equally. i find it hard not to the only diffrence is i know exactly what there saying in the english version. so perhaps you ought to accept the fact that it is :) and there will be people who like it. some for the pure reason that they like hearing the lyrics and under stand them. thats not wrong :)
I can understand the Swedish version (found a translation) and the lyrics are actually quite different, for example:
"Dance with us, clap your hands, do like we, take a few steps to the left, listen and learn, don't miss the chance"
becomes
"Dance to the beat, bring your hands together, come feel the heat forever and forever, listen and learn, now is time for prancing"
I guess it's ok, the lyrics had to be adjusted because an accurate translation wouldn't sync right with the music, but I just like complaining about little things like this
