1. try coloring things in, I know you know how to do that
2. try using motion tweens for motion, if you don't know how, there's several thousand tutorials on this site
3. try making it at least a little longer

for a while I was like "why are they dragging around Hank's corpse?" but that was nice, bringing him back... hmm... so the halo grants power to anyone? not just the holy? wow, so... there's... how many warring factions? 4?
8/10 for not as much action as the older ones

I didn't know pixel tracing caused problems in low quality, I've never seen that in stuff I mocked up, but I have seen it in yours so I guess it depends on the scale, yeah? has to line up exactly or you have a problem

DBZ-style fight was done pretty well, the animation was a bit off at times but I've seen much worse, the music was good (masters of the desert FTW!) but didn't really match the fight, try something with a faster tempo, the end looked a bit weird, as if you were going to do something and then didn't bother, oh, and don't forget to credit the spriters and musicians and such, (basically add credits)

overall, not too bad, you have alot of potential
